A Persian Qashqai Rug hand knotted in wool in southern Iran. The rug features a classic tribal central pole medallion of three hexagons, with geometric plant and lozenge motifs in the central ground and borders. A rich red background colour is complemented by deep blue, rich orange and cream tones throughout the rug.
