Formed in 1537 by King Henry VIII, The HAC has distinguished itself for nearly 500 years, both ceremonially and on the battlefield.
For almost all of this time, the HAC has been headquartered at Armoury House at the top of Spitalfields in the City of London and we were delighted to be asked by the top brass to supply some replacement rugs for this historic building.
The rugs had to be robust enough for heavy footfall, whether by military boot or dancing stiletto, and in bold, vibrant colours that might forgive the odd splash of G&T or Claret!
The Kazak rug here fitted the bill perfectly and the bar and anteroom area are busier than ever!
